If you are not satisfied with the items you received, we offer return, refund, and exchange services for eligible items.

Thalvaris Maelis LLC offers a 30-day return guarantee.
If you wish to return an item, please contact our customer service team and submit a return request within 30 days of receiving the product.
Return requests submitted after the 30-day period may not be approved.
2. Return Conditions
To ensure your return request is processed smoothly, the returned item must meet the following conditions:
The item must be unused;
The item must be in its original packaging;
The item must be free from obvious damage, stains, disassembly, or signs of use caused by the customer;
All accessories and documentation must be included and intact;
Proof of purchase or the order number must be provided.
Returns may not be accepted in the following cases:
Curtain tracks and related products that have been installed, used, or modified;
Items damaged due to improper use;
Items missing original packaging or accessories;
Items returned after the 30-day return period.
3. Return Request Process

Please do not ship the item back before receiving return confirmation, as this may affect the processing of your refund.
Step 3: Ship the Item Back
Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the necessary return information.
Please ship the item to the designated address according to the provided instructions.
4. Return Address

Please retain your shipping receipt or tracking information after sending the return package for future reference.
5. Return Shipping Costs
Thalvaris Maelis LLC will cover return processing costs if the item has quality issues, was damaged during transit, or if the wrong item was received.
If the return is requested for personal reasons (e.g., incorrect size selection, change of mind), the customer is generally responsible for return shipping costs.
Specific arrangements will be confirmed based on the details of the order.
6. Exchange Policy
You may request an exchange if the item you received has quality issues, is the wrong size, or does not match your order.
Exchange Conditions:
Requests must be made within 30 days of receiving the item;
The item must remain unused;
Order information and relevant photos/descriptions must be provided.
Exchange Process:
Contact customer service to submit an exchange request;
Provide the order number and a description of the issue;
Wait for customer service review and confirmation;
Ship the item back according to the instructions provided by customer service;
We will arrange the exchange after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
7. Exchange Processing Time
Once the exchange request is approved:
Inspection of returned item: Approximately 3 business days after receipt;
Exchange order processing: 1–3 business days after review completion;
New item delivery: Scheduled according to standard domestic shipping times within the US.
Actual processing times may vary based on inventory and logistics arrangements.
8. Refund Processing
We will begin processing the refund once the returned item meets the refund criteria and passes inspection.
Refund Process:
The refund will be initiated within approximately 3 business days after the item inspection is complete;
The refund amount will be returned to your original payment method;
The time it takes for funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Please note that the time required for the refund to be credited may be affected by the payment provider's processing speed.
9. Order Cancellation
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order.
Orders may not be cancellable once they have entered the processing or shipping stage.
